We here at Premier EPOS offer support to all of our customers for a competitive cost with the option to pay monthly or yearly.
Unlike other EPOS companies our support is not compulsory although it is recommended. We also do not charge License Fees, once you purchase our software it is yours.
Our support is very dynamic, with support you get:-
·Automated backups - We will automatically back up your systems regularly so you are reassured if anything is accidently deleted on the system it can easily be restored.
·Telephone Support - If you have a problem which can't be resolved using the online help videos, the telephone assistance is available 5 days a week excl bank holidays.
·Remote Access - If you have a problem on the software which is causing problems and cannot be resolved over the phone then we are able to log on to your system remotely and resolve the problem from our office.
·Email Support - This is for customers who have a minor issue which is not really bothering you but wish for it to be sorted shortly then email assistance is always available with a guarantee of someone replying within 24 hours. Email assistance can also be used if you have any ideas which you think would improve the software such as features etc, then if you email us your ideas and if we feel that your idea will benefit more than one store then we will create this free for you.
·Regular software updates - Our software is updated nearly every day with only slight changes so you don't one day come to your till to find you can't use it due to a new version. We do warn customers of any drastic changes which might happen to the software.
·Auto Lookup and Customer Profiling - When you are supported you get access to our auto lookup feature this enables you to pinpoint addresses of your customers by just using their postcodes and look at the map profiling features.
·Access our databases - On our databases we have over 200,000 products with descriptions, supplier costs, which wholesalers sell which product and 20,000 of them have pictures as well as descriptions. With support you get the databases and also are able to check how much other stores are selling certain products for, this gives you an edge as a business as you are more aware of whether you are the cheapest or too expensive on a product
